Ultrasound Screening Packages
An ultrasound screening is used to help identify a problem, or red flag if you will, that will encourage a more comprehensive, thorough exam with your doctor, if indicated. A doctor’s order is not needed for a screening since this is just a quick peek. A typical screening takes approximately 30 minutes from paperwork to final check out. Each additional exam will add about 15 minutes to your scan time. We offer several screening types. All the exams are sent to our Board-Certified Radiologist for final review before the report is generated and sent directly to you. The turn around time is approximately one to two weeks. If there is anything found during the appointment that is considered and emergency, we will contact your Physician directly and send you to the nearest Emergency Room or call 911.
